Addendum to Privacy Policy
Athlete Store Sales - Consumer Data Privacy

This addendum supplements The NIL App's Privacy Policy and applies specifically to consumer purchases made through athlete-operated stores on our platform ("Athlete Store Sales"). In the event of any conflict between this addendum and the general Privacy Policy, this addendum controls with respect to Athlete Store Sales data.
1. Non-Disclosure of Individual Sales Data
We are committed to protecting the proprietary information generated through your use of our application. We explicitly do not share, sell, or distribute any of the following to external third parties:
- Individual consumer sales data or purchase histories tied to a specific consumer;
- Internal revenue metrics or athlete-specific payout and earnings figures;
- Specific customer transaction records generated through Athlete Store Sales; and
- Any personally identifiable data derived from individual store transactions.
2. Permitted Disclosures
The only exceptions to this non-disclosure commitment are the following:
AEssential Service Providers
Trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., payment processors, secure cloud hosting providers) strictly necessary to operate the Athlete Store Sales feature. All such partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are permitted to use this information solely to provide the contracted services - not for their own commercial purposes.
BLegal Compliance
Disclosures to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where we are legally compelled to respond by a valid subpoena, court order, or equivalent legal process. We will notify affected users of such requests to the extent permitted by law.
CAnonymized Aggregation
We may use fully anonymized, aggregated data derived from Athlete Store Sales for system performance monitoring and platform improvement purposes. In all such cases, no individual user, athlete, business, or consumer can be identified from the aggregated output.
3. Your Rights Regarding Store Transaction Data
If you have purchased a product through an Athlete Store on The NIL App, you have the right to:
- Request access to the transaction data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate transaction records; and
- Request deletion of your transaction data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
